About the event

Last month, we talked about Working While Traumatized and Working While Neurodivergent. Now we'll hear from Julianna Saxberg, Canadian employment lawyer and self-identifying neurodivergent person, to answer common questions such as:

❓ What are employers legally required to accommodate?

❓ What are some pros and cons to disclosing [my disability, my identity] to an employer in order to ask for accommodation?

❓ What process should I follow if I want to ask for accommodation?

❓ What options do I have if my employer refuses to accommodate?

We’ll also offer general tips in approaching your employer for accommodation.

If you can, please join us live so you can ask your questions in real time! (As always, you can also ask questions in advance via email.)
