Free to Be Mastermind 
Terms of Service


These Terms of Services (these “Terms”) describe the terms and conditions of the Free to Be Mastermind program which includes all content, coaching, training, services, and products (collectively, "Mastermind" or “Services”) provided directly or indirectly by Changing Lenses ("Rosie", "Rosie Yeung", “we”, “us”, “our”, "I", "me") to you (“You” and, where applicable, “Your”). For greater clarity, the Services includes all content, products and services provided through the Positive Intelligence website, apps, and other digital and online services. By using the Services, you agree that your use of the Services, and the data we receive from you and relating to you in connection with the Services, is governed by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, as well as the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of Positive Intelligence.

We reserve the right to change or update these Terms, or any other of our policies or practices, at any time, and will notify users by posting such changed or updated Terms on this page. Any changes or updates will be effective immediately upon posting to Your continued use of the Services constitutes your agreement to abide by the Terms as changed. Under certain circumstances we may also elect to notify you of changes or updates to our Terms by additional means, such as messages within the Services or via email.

Coaching Approach and Relationship


Coaching is a process that inspires you to maximize your personal and professional potential. I use a coaching-mentoring-training approach, which is not in any way to be construed as psychotherapy, legal counsel, or medical advice. It is a collaborative process that amplifies and accelerates self-discovery and promotes clarity, and is designed to facilitate the development of your personal, professional or business goals.


The coaching relationship is designed by both of us and will evolve through ongoing feedback and growth of your career or personal strategy. I am committed to the journey, but ultimately you are solely responsible for making your own decisions, choices, actions, and results throughout the process. Accordingly, you agree that I, as the Coach, am not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any coaching services provided.


To maximize the effectiveness of coaching, you should make participating in coaching a high priority, and commit to creating the time and energy to fully engage in each session. We will jointly set the agenda for each session, and you will be asked to define goals and try new approaches. You can expect me to be honest and direct, ask straightforward questions, and offer challenges to help you keep moving forward.




We respect and protect your privacy and confidentiality at all times. However, please be aware that the Coach-Client relationship is not considered a legally confidential relationship (like the medical and legal professions) and thus communications are not subject to the protection of any legally recognized privilege.


We may record Zoom coaching sessions for learning and documentation purposes. The recording will not be shared with any other party without your prior consent. By accepting the Zoom notification of the recording and proceeding with our sessions, you agree to being recorded for this purpose.


Testimonies, stories and feedback given during our coaching sessions may be anonymized and shared for advocacy, educational and promotional purposes.

Missed Coaching Appointments, Late and Cancellation Policy


Every effort should be made to make all 1:1 coaching appointments, and sessions should not be cancelled or rescheduled except in the case of an emergency. I understand that last minute things come up, and ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you do need to cancel or reschedule a session. No refunds are issued for cancelled sessions.


I will do my best to accommodate rescheduling in good faith. Rescheduled appointments should be booked within two weeks from the original missed appointment date. If not booked within that time, the appointment is considered complete, and no refund will be issued.

Group Member Interactions

In all interactions and communications with Rosie Yeung and other Changing Lenses coaching clients, whether 1-on-1 or in a group, clients will adhere to the following principles:

Honor that this is a SAFE and WELCOMING space. We commit to maintaining a safe and inclusive environment for open and vulnerable sharing. Agreeing to honour these principles is one way we do that.

Commit to respect, positivity and kindness. Treat each other with respect and kindness. Provide encouragement and constructive feedback using supportive and uplifting words. There are no dumb questions. We are all here to learn and grow together.

Respect everyone's privacy. Being part of this Mastermind requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great, but may also be sensitive and private. What's shared in the group must stay in the group.

No hate speech or bullying. Bullying and degrading comments of any kind are NOT allowed. Do not use derogatory terms, even if quoting someone else.

Any client who violates any of these principles may be removed from the Mastermind at the sole discretion of Rosie Yeung. No refunds will be provided.

Fees and Payments

Fees. The amount of fees for any Services will be made available at the time of purchase. You may pay for access to the Services in full at the time of your purchase or pursuant to any installment payment plan that we make available.

Installment Payment Plans. If you select an installment payment plan, you hereby grant us permission to automatically charge the applicable fee to your designated payment method at the beginning of each applicable payment period until all payments have been completed, all subject to the terms made available via the Services at the time of your purchase. If you select an installment payment plan, you agree to keep your designated payment method information, including all billing information, current, complete and accurate while any aspect of the payment plan remains outstanding.

Fee increases and changes. The fees for the Mastermind, including any installment payments, will not change between November 1, 2022 and April 18, 2023. After April 18, 2023, we may at any time and from time to time, in our sole discretion, change the fees and charges, or add new fees and charges, in relation to any of the Services.

Valid Payment Methods. Only valid payment methods acceptable to us, or my designated payment processors, may be used to purchase access to the Services. By submitting your order to purchase access to the Services, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use your designated payment method and authorize us, or my designated payment processors, to charge your purchase to that method. If your payment method cannot be verified or is invalid, your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically. You must resolve any problem we, or our designated payment processors, encounter in order to proceed with your order.

Refunds. Please consult our Refund Policy (set forth below in these Terms) for information regarding any refunds that may be available for any Services. To be eligible for a refund, you must make a refund request by sending an email to before the due date set forth in the Refund Policy.


No Cancellations. Other than as expressly stated in our Refund Policy, all sales are final and we do not offer any refunds or cancellations. If you select an installment payment plan, you are obligated to complete all installment payments.


Failure to Pay. A failure to pay an installment payment related to any of the Services may result in the immediate suspension or termination of all Services. Upon suspension or termination, you will no longer be able to access your account and any Services. To maintain access to your account and all corresponding Services, your account and payments must be current and in good standing for all programs and Services for which you have registered. Pursuant to our Refund Policy, if your account is suspended or terminated for a failure to pay, you will not receive any refund except at our sole discretion and any scheduled automatic renewals will not occur.

Errors in Charges. In the event of an error that results in an incorrect charge, we reserve the right to correct such errors and revise your order accordingly if necessary (including charging the correct price) or to cancel the order and refund any erroneous amount charged. In addition, we may, in lieu of a refund as provided in this paragraph, opt to provide you with a service credit, with a value equal to the amount incorrectly charged to your payment method.


Taxes. You are responsible for any applicable sales or use tax, duties, or other governmental taxes or fees payable in connection with your purchase. If you do not pay such sales or other tax or fee on a transaction, you will be responsible for such taxes or fees in the event that they are later determined to be payable on such sale, and we reserve the right to collect such taxes or other fees from you at any time.

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with the Services, and we also want you to maximize your likelihood of satisfaction by investing the time and effort needed for the lessons, exercises, and group coaching.

As a result, we ask that you complete all of the following up to the date of your refund request (the "Eligibility Criteria") in order to be eligible for a refund:

  1. Attend all group coaching sessions;

  2. Watch all Positive Intelligence weekly training videos;

  3. Complete all Positive Intelligence Daily Coach Challenges; and

  4. Tell us why this Mastermind was not a good fit for you and what would have made it better.

If you meet all of the Eligibility Criteria and are still dissatisfied with the Services, email your refund request to no later than 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time on February 13, 2023 (the "Refund Due Date"). Include in your email screenshots or other proof of completion of items 2 and 3 of the Eligibility Criteria, as well as your answer to item 4.

We will review your request and upon confirmation of your eligibility, will refund 100% of your payment in your original payment currency via your original payment method, minus an administration fee of either $250 USD or $350 CAD (based on your original payment currency).

If you opted to pay by installments and you do not meet the Eligibility Criteria nor request a refund by the Refund Due Date, you are required by law to complete all remaining installment payments.

After the Refund Due Date, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the Mastermind regardless of whether you complete the program.

By registering and paying for this program, you are indicating your understanding and agreement to each of the terms above.

Clients who violate any of these terms and conditions may be removed from the Mastermind at the sole discretion of Rosie Yeung, without entitlement to any refund of fees paid.

Effective Date

These terms and conditions are effective as of November 1, 2022.
