Justice, Equity, Decolonization and Inclusion (JEDI) is about people change as well as systems change. The most successful JEDI strategies involve continuous education and awareness.

I facilitate workshops, seminars, and roundtable discussions to change people's lenses and see from different perspectives. With the foundations of empathy, circular economics and intercultural diversity, we explore topics such as:

• Decolonizing Corporate Canada and the role of #Indigenomics

• Recruiting and retaining talent effectively and inclusively

• Mental health, ableism and episodic disabilities

• The culture of white supremacy
