How free are you to be who you really are?

If your answer to the above is “I’m not sure”, maybe you can relate to some of these thoughts:

  • You're exhausted trying to "keep up appearances" while dying on the inside

  • You prioritize other people's needs and expectations over your own

  • You worry that your honest opinions and ideas would cause conflict or offend people

  • You're extremely responsible and are quick to blame yourself when anything goes wrong, whether or not it's your fault

  • You struggle to separate your self-worth from your performance, position, and accomplishments (both at work and at home)

  • As an Asian diaspora woman, you often wonder, “Is it me? Is it Asian culture? Do I have to choose between myself, my family, and my success? Am I wrong to want more?”

It's like you've been trying to be what other people want you to be, instead of who you want to be.

If this sounds like you, YOU'RE NOT ALONE.

I’ve had all those thoughts and more through most of my 40+ years of living. What’s even scarier is that the more I talk about it, the more women I meet who have too.

Hi. 👋🏼 I’m Rosie Yeung. I'm a Mindset Liberation Coach and JEDI Warrior (JEDI = Justice, Equity, Decolonization and Inclusion). I designed this intimate small group coaching program to help Asian diaspora women find freedom by transforming instead of conforming. I've experienced this first hand, because I'm one of them! I’m a Hong Kong-born, Canadian-raised, cis-gendered single woman who’s spent my whole life trying to meet other people’s standards instead of figuring out what I want. I found my freedom through mindset change and positive psychology, and now I’m offering this culturally relevant, trauma-informed Mastermind Group to help Asian women find theirs.

I’m also a Certified HR Leader, Chartered Professional Accountant, and Positive Intelligence Coach, with over 20 years of corporate executive experience. I leverage all my skills and experiences – my whole self – to help you Change Your Lens, Free Your Mind, and Transform Your Life.

What Will You Gain?

Over the course of 4 months, you'll begin to find your freedom through research-based mental exercises and practical work-life training. We'll apply a JEDI lens of decolonization  and matriarchy to the neuroscience of Positive Intelligence® ("PQ") to help you:

  • Identify the underlying fears and negative voices that hold you back (your "Saboteurs")

  • Recognize your Saboteurs' lies that limit your true strength and self-worth while convincing you they're helping you succeed and fit in

  • Develop new habits and grow your brain "muscles" to shift from Saboteur to "Sage" (your positive self)

  • Strengthen your resilience and mental fitness to tackle challenges, both personal, professional, and societal

  • Grow your management, leadership, and team building skills

You'll also benefit from:

  • A curated, intimate community of relatable women to encourage each other with confidential sharing and gentle accountability

  • Small group size: there will be no more than 5 people per group, to ensure your voice is heard and discussion is meaningful

  • Access to the PQ App for a full year (even after the bootcamp ends)

  • Empowerment through self-acceptance and recognition of your value and worth

  • A constant cheerleader who believes in you and supports you without judgment!

What Will You Learn?

The Free to Be Mastermind starts with "mastering your mind" over a two-months Brain Bootcamp. You will:

  • Learn PQ techniques through group coaching and training videos which dive deep into the week's mental exercises

  • Accelerate your growth through daily practice of these exercises, just a few minutes at a time, dispersed throughout the day

  • Supplement your learning with free access to the New York Times bestselling book, "Positive Intelligence" by Shirzad Chamine

  • Debrief insights, share challenges, and receive support from fellow group members

This Brain Bootcamp builds a strong foundation to internalize healthier ways of being and doing. In the last two months of the Mastermind, you'll receive customized training from Rosie that applies PQ principles to everyday work and life so you can:

  • Liberate your Money Mindset

  • Liberate your Time “Management”

  • Liberate your Leadership

  • Liberate your Self-Worth

What's Included?

Every member of the Free to Be Mastermind will get:

  • Live weekly 1-hr group coaching via Zoom

  • Live bi-weekly 1.5-hr liberation training

PLUS these bonuses:

  • 4 months of PQ Grow: After the Brain Bootcamp ends, keep your muscle strength up with new daily focuses, customizable coach challenges, and additional training modules  on Stress Management, Conflict Management, Sleep/Wellness, and much more!

  • One hour of 1:1 personalized coaching with Rosie, any time up to one month after the Mastermind ends. (Additional 1:1 coaching sessions are available for purchase.)

What's the Time Commitment?

The total time commitment for the two-months Brain Bootcamp is about 4 hours a week,(spread out during the week). Weekly videos are released each Saturday to be watched over the weekend. Everything except live group coaching can be done asynchronously (on your own time).

In the last two months of liberation training, we'll meet bi-weekly for 1.5 hours live Zoom sessions at a time and date that works for everyone.

To maintain safety and confidentiality of group coaching, Bootcamp sessions will not be recorded.

When Does it Start?

The next cohort start date will be announced when scheduled.

What Coachees Are Saying
Testimonials Template (4).png

Rosie’s group coaching program challenged me to reflect on how I respond when faced with personal and professional stressors. I was empowered to not only identify my patterns of self-sabotage, but also build my mental fitness to break these patterns. The weekly Pod discussions motivated me to be accountable to complete the program exercises. I valued that all members of my Pod group (as well as Rosie) were women of colour – this is something I’ve never had access to in other programs I’ve attended, and fostered a sense of community and safety when sharing personal struggles and accomplishments. I highly recommend this program!

Does It Really Help?

I can tell you that it has helped me a LOT. Besides my bi-cultural inner conflicts and internalized racism, I also have clinical depression and anxiety, have undergone psychotherapy and continue to use prescription medication to manage symptoms. I've also tried and trained in multiple coaching programs, and this is the only one I believe in and recommend. That's why I'm passionate about offering this to you, because:

a) I've seen it work for me and other racialized women; and

b) traditional "executive coaching" and even life coaching programs are based on methodologies created by white men, steeped in whiteness and ideologies I disagree with.
